Staff and shipping
Add or remove staff access to Shopify Admin, and change shipping rates for physical products.
Staff accounts and shipping rates are standard Shopify settings. Nothing in the ASC website changes how they work, so Shopify's own help pages are the authoritative guide.
Staff accounts
Staff are managed from Shopify Admin under Settings, then Users.
- To give someone access, add them as a user with their email address and choose their permissions. Shopify emails them an invitation.
- To remove access temporarily, open the user and suspend them.
- To remove access permanently, open the user and remove them.
Give each person only the permissions they need. Theme editing, in particular, changes the live website straight away.

Shipping rates
Shipping applies only to products marked as physical products in Shopify, such as those described in Physical products.
- Go to Settings, then Shipping and delivery.
- Open the general shipping rates.
- Find the shipping zone, then the rate to change, and edit it.
- Save.

Theme password and preferences
Store-wide search engine title and description, and the store password, are set in Shopify Admin under Online Store, then Preferences.
