npm scripts

The npm scripts in asc-shopify-src and each workspace, what they run, and which ones are current.

Run root scripts from the repository root. Run a workspace script with npm run <script> -w <workspace>.

Root

The root README.md mentions npm run tw, npm run theme-dev and npm run watch. None of those exist at the root.

`watch:css`	Webpack with `webpack-css.config.js`	Broken. Its paths no longer resolve

Do not use push:remote on the live theme. The live theme is deployed from theme main through Shopify's GitHub connection, and a push bypasses it.
